  • If you forget your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link below the Log In button. Then enter your Parent Portal Username in the field below anc click "Continue." A message will appear instructing you to look for an message sent to your Account Security Email.

    Open the email and select the unique URL provided. This will direct you to an editor where you can enter and save a new Campus account password.  Once a new password has been entered and saved, you will receive and email informing you of this change. This email is a safety precaution to ensure you are made aware your password has been changed in case it was changed without your knowledge or consent.

  • If you forget your username, click the "Forgot Your Username?" link, and you will be prompted to enter your Account Security Email address and click the "Continue" button. A message will appear instructing you to look for an message sent to your Account Security Email.

    You will receive an email informing you of your current Parent Portal username.

  • If you experience any issues with the login or account retrieval process, contact the Salem School District IT Department at 603-893-7069 ext. 5700 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday­-Friday. You can also request assistance through email: campusportalhelp@sau57.org.
