Driver Education 

The Salem High School Driver Education program will provide your son/daughter with a variety of driving experiences. He/she will learn basic driving maneuvers: turns, backing right, back left, pulling past and backing in, three point turns, parking up and down hill, starting on a hill, intersections, perpendicular, diagonal and parallel parking.

 

To sign your child up for SHS Driver Education classes, complete and submit the following form:

NH Law requires a minimum of 40 hours of practice driving with a licensed adult in addition to the Driver Education Program Certificate. We encourage you to practice as much as possible with your child. The following documents are available to assist you in the process:
