Dear Parent & Student:

We are in the process of planning the activities for the Senior Class of 2011 for the upcoming school year. One of the activities is senior portraits, which are generally taken during the summer time.

Hockmeyer Studios is our official portrait photographer. They are currently  offering Senior Portrait packages for your picture needs. However, you have the option of selecting the photographer of your choice for your personal senior portrait package.

Our goal is to provide an excellent yearbook product that includes every senior. In this spirit, all senior portraits to be included in the yearbook will be taken by Hockmeyer Studios to ensure the quality, consistency, and opportunity to be in the yearbook.

If you do not choose to purchase your senior’s portrait package from Hockmeyer Studios, Hockmeyer will provide a “Senior Quick Program” in mid-October, without charge to you, to ensure that your senior  will be included in the yearbook. We  will advertise the Senior Quick Program in October 2010  on the Salem High School Website at http://www.sau57.org/SHS/CLASSOF2011/Pages/welcome.aspx

Student ID’s for seniors are also created by Hockmeyer Photographers and used for ID purposes only. These pictures will not be used in the yearbook as a senior portrait.
