Ms. Collyer earned a BS in Management from Bentley College, an MBA from Assumption College, her teaching certification from SNHU, and her administration certification from Rivier College. 

 

She worked in the corporate world at New England Medical Center for 5 years before getting into teaching at NHCTC and Daniel Webster College as an adjunct faculty member in the business department. 

She taught at SHS for 5 years before taking a dean position, 2 years as the A-K dean and now the freshmen dean.

 

Ms. Collyer organizes and runs the freshmen orientation and communicates with parents of freshmen students regarding discipline and upcoming events.  She spends a lot of hours speaking with students about the choices they have made and how to make better ones next time and conducts mediations to resolve student conflicts.
