The Salem School District Facility Renovation Project, Phase II, successfully earned voter support on the March, 2012 school district ballot. This phase of the school district’s facilities master plan will address substantial additions and renovations to Fisk and Soule Schools and modest safety and security improvements at Haigh School.

Progress Report: 6-10-2014

 

The project at Soule and Fisk Schools is moving forward at a good pace and the project committee is pleased with the completion schedule. While progress at Fisk was delayed last fall after the discovery of significant ledge, the Construction Manager’s team at Bonnette, Page, and Stone has worked closely with sub-contractors and school personnel to pick up significant ground. Although still behind the pace of Soule School, we are all quite optimistic about completing the Fisk work by the time staff and students return in August.
